Job Openings

You will receive incoming calls from patients regarding their medical accounts and outstanding invoices. Research the patient’s account, summarize account details and relay information to the patient. Help the patient resolve their account by taking payments, arranging payment plans, or providing additional resources. Make outbound calls in an attempt to resolve open accounts with patients and answer questions. Ensure patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service using the tools provided such as scripting, computer systems, and training received.

Wages: Starting at $17.00/hour

You will receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to perform collection activities on our clients outstanding accounts. Negotiate a payment solution with consumers in accordance with company and client standards, process and verify payments over the phone, provide thorough and accurate documentation on consumer accounts, locate consumers via company approved skip-tracing methods, responsible for handling highly confidential information, perform other responsibilities and duties as requested.

Wages: Starting at $17.00/hour

You will work to resolve all outstanding balances on insurance accounts, by researching claims to identify incorrectly billed charges, correcting and rebilling claims, and processing appeals for denied claims.

You will support our clients by providing professional responses to our clients’ inquiries via phone and email communications. Provide all required reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, evaluate trends for opportunities to improve support as well as troubleshoot the clients’ concerns regarding their accounts.

What qualifications are you looking for in a candidate?

For many of our positions, having experience in healthcare, insurance, and collections may be necessary, but we have many opportunities for customer service focused candidates who are committed to helping patients and consumers in a fast paced, growing environment. Especially those candidates who understand the value of hard work and reliability.

What are the typical work hours?

Work hours vary based on the position and the location of where the position will be performed (remote or onsite). Our employees work the typical eight-hour day, Monday – Friday with no weekend work required. Different positions have different start times. Our office is open from 6 am – 6 pm MST, Monday – Friday.
