Secure FTP
Looking for a way to send BC Services a secure file? Using our secure file transfer process (SFTP) we can accept files containing protected information and place them securely on our network where automation can move them to be processed and reviewed by the right people on the BC Services team. To utilize this service a username and password is required.
BC Client Connect
BC Client Connect is a support portal for our existing clients. You can easily reach out to our Client Services team by logging a ticket to track the status of your request for our team. You will deal with an agent specialized in your request and have the ability to offer valuable feedback.
